Arbutus Renovation

The homeowner of this house had been waiting for a number of years to renovate his house. It came down to the fact that this late 70’s house was almost completely original and he was tired of the dated and closed off feeling of the space. It was the perfect house for him in the sense of location and size, it just needed some major updates. With all of this in mind we were able to completely redesign and open up the floor plan and this all focused around the kitchen. Now he has a modern and updated home that is perfect for cooking, entertaining, working and relaxing. A few other essential items were also updated such as windows, siding and solar which made a huge impact on the comfort and performance of his home.
