Van Horne Renovation

The home owners of Van Horne approached me just after they purchased this home. They were going to be first time homeowners and they wanted to make the space their own. They were not in favor of all the dark colors and furnishings in the home. Without removing any walls or doing any significant structural work they wanted to make the space feel open, spacious and unique to themselves. With some updates including painting, a new fireplace, mantle, a custom island and hood fan they were able to make a significant change for the better. Now they feel comfortable in their new home and gladly entertain their friends and family.
